Stress in American Workers' Lives: Meeting the Challenge
Three cost-effective classes designed to reduce employee stress and improve productivity.

To Employers:  Is your productivity down? Are people frequently late and calling in sick? Do any of the following symptoms show up in your work place: fatigue, anxiety, resentment, irritability, worrying, confusion, poor concentration, apathy, headaches, indigestion, frustration? These are just some of the symptoms that coincide with employee stress level.

75% of workers are stressed: Three out of every four American workers describe their work as stressful. Employees under stress may make more mistakes, have trouble concentrating, become disorganized, become angry or just stop caring about their work.

How the classes work: Wendy Taggart's classes provide information, teach techniques to reduce stress, and incorporate the use of hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is a process of simple shifting back and forth between the conscious and sub-conscious mind, a natural process that occurs 80% of every day. Addressing issues stored in the sub-conscious mind is the path to overcoming them.

Wendy has implemented Drug-free Workplace Initiatives and Substance Abuse/Drug Awareness classes.  She has also taught Family Education Series that include Positive Discipline, Crisis Intervention, Nurturing the Nurturer, Dual Diagnosis and a presentation entitled "Guidelines for Promoting a Loving Relationship."

Her book, Mothering, Fathering: The Conscious, Heart-Centered Way, has helped numerous families and relationships reduce stress and feelings of disconnection through more kind, thoughtful and sincere interactions.
